End User License Agreement (EULA) for MotoMeet
Effective Date: May 31, 2025
1. License Grant
The user is hereby granted a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the MotoMeet app on one or more devices owned or controlled by them. This license does not permit sublicensing, renting, lending, or selling the app.
2. User Rights
The user is authorized to install, use, and create or upload content within the MotoMeet app. There are no further usage restrictions as long as the general Terms of Service are observed.
3. Restrictions
The user is prohibited from, without express written permission from MotoMeet or the operator:
- copying,
- modifying,
- decompiling, reconstructing, or reverse engineering,
- distributing, renting, lending, or commercially exploiting the app,
- otherwise making the app available to third parties.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
Use of the MotoMeet app is at the user's own risk. The operator assumes no liability for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, malfunctions, or other disadvantages.
5. Updates and Support
- Updates to the MotoMeet app are provided irregularly via the respective app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
- The user is obligated to install updates to continue using the app.
- The operator reserves the right to modify the license terms as part of updates.
- Support requests can be sent via email to contact@motomeet.app, but there is no guarantee of support.
6. Termination of License
- The license terminates automatically if the user violates this EULA or deletes their account.
- Upon termination, the user must cease use of the app and delete all copies.
- MotoMeet reserves the right to revoke the license at any time without prior notice.
